I love the sea moss. It looks clean and healthy. I rinse it in alkaline water with a pH of 9.5. Then soak over night. I make water for my drinking, tea, cooking, and smoothies. I also love the powdered Bladderwrack. I have been using a course grind root herb. Prince Akeem is the BEST!!!!
