I mixed this with Red Raspberry and have a gallon pitcher of it in my fridge. I take a smaller pitcher to work and leave it there to drink it hot in the afternoons after lunch. I really don't like my day job as I'm talking to people all damn day. It's exhausting and I'm always left feeling physically exhausted. Drinking the this tea hot has helped sooth my throat (I'm not used to talking ALL DAY) and I've felt a little calmer since I've been drinking this.

I have been utilizing St. John's Bush for a couple of weeks now and I can genuinely say the homegrown tea takes care of business and gives me energy. I drink the tea one time each day and once in a while double a day. It took a couple of days before I saw any results because the herbal tea has to get into your system in order to work.
