For some reason, I feel my body relax as I drink it. I drink it alone every other day or every 3rd day. Drink lots of water if not it will dehydrate you. I started drinking it before bed but I would wake up in the middle of the night very thirsty. Now, I drink it after dinner or 6 or 7 pm with no problems. My weight is coming off starting with my stomach. Its coming down very slowly.

I sprinkle Bladderwrack over 4tablespoons of sea moss add a banana, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple and a cut of ginger. To that I add Athletic Greens powder, 3 tablespoons of coconut milk and coconut water to fill the blender, then mix enjoy.
