Product Inquiries

You can leave the dried seamoss in the bag and in a cool dark place like your cupboard and will last over a year!

The full spectrum seamoss and the regular seamoss are actually the same seamoss, the main difference is the full spectrum is dried in the shade and takes a longer more skillful process. The full spectrum has a stronger taste and smell and also has some more nutrients in the color.

If you are new to seamoss the regular seamoss is great. If you want to try something new or want to go right for the most potent than the full spectrum is for you!

1.) Rinse a handful of Sea Moss well and put in a container with enough water to cover it and soak for at least 4 hours. You can also add a squeeze of lime juice while soaking to neutralize Seamoss taste. 

2.) Remove Sea Moss from water then place in blender with just enough water to cover the Sea Moss and blend until it makes a smooth paste.

3) Your seamoss is now ready to be used in your smoothies, tea, desserts and even face masks!

Store refrigerated in a clean glass jar for up to 3 weeks.

All our seamoss is all naturally processed and we do not add any salt! That is natural salt that comes with the seamoss.

Our full spectrum is really potent! The full spectrum will smell stronger, be more salty and hold more moisture as we dry it in the dark and the salt collects on the seamoss instead of evaporating.

You can track your order once it is shipped! We do our best to ship all orers within 3 business days. Our shipping is very fast so you will get it a couple days after. If you havent received your order please email us at support@akeempierre.com

We currently ship worldwide with a few exceptions. If you enter your address and you get a shipping rate we ship to your country!

It is very rare that you get charged duties but it may happen! This is less than 1% of our orders so most likely you'll have nothing else to pay

If your shipment is returned back to sender due to incorrect address or it not being picked up we will have to pay for shipping the second time.
