I use to have heavy bleeding with clotting during my monthly period however, since I started talking the bundle, I observed my monthly flow has become normal and no more clotting. The size of my tummy is gradually reducing as well.

I love these teas. I was taking another herbal tea remedy prior to this (which was also good for PMS symptoms) however I like the way that the Herb Cycle Book breaks down when to use them. With these teas I rarely have PMS sytmptoms. Bloating my be my achilles heal, but outside of that great. I had fibroiods removed prior and looking to take preventative measures. I can slowly see my cycles being less heavy. Other bonus, that I wasn't expecting -- the teas increase my 'happy' drive. Some of them sell out quicker than others, that would be my only negative, but otherwise I love them!

It took awhile to receive the herbs. Thr quality and taste are fresh and pleasing. However, accoeding to the description, the cusromer is supposed to receive the herb cycling ebook to educate you on how to use it. I have yet to recive the ebook and its been over 3 weeks now. I have sent emails about this and still waiting to hear back.
