Well, since I’ve been taking SEA MOSS, I feel more energetic. I see my skin glowing. The only thing is I’m not as regular as I thought I would be. I’ll take 2 tablespoons a day. I don’t know if I should take more or less but my experience with the SEA MOSS overall is great. I believe I’ll be taking it for the rest of my life.

Finally got the right blender and added a 1/2 cup of hot water anc 1/2 c water from sea moss soak and added mango oh my goodness it was great wasn’t gritty just smooth like apple texture, love it, so grateful I came across your site. I have been using these great healing herbs and products since 2020 to boost my immune systems and I have never contacted Covid 19 and I’m feeling great.
